Christopher R. Largay was born in Bangor, the 4th generation of his family to live and work in Penobscot County. A business management graduate of Saint Anselm College, he attended 2 terms at the University of Keele in England studying law and politics, after which he attended and graduated from University of New Hampshire’s Franklin Pierce Law Center. Attorney Largay is President of the Penobscot County Bar Association and an active Member of the John Waldo Ballou Inn of Court. He served on the MSBA’s CLE Committee for 13 years, and served 2 years as its Chairperson . He is Past President and present Board member of Maine Trial Lawyers Association, as well as its national counterpart, the American Associate for Justice, whose 20,000+ plaintiff’s only member trial lawyers advocates for legal protections for citizens in terms of preserving the right to a jury trial and open and unrestricted access to America’s state and federal courts. He routinely attends around 75 CLE Credit hours of programming annually and has delivered more than 100 presentations on legal topics, in addition to having taught undergraduate and Master’s level courses at Beal College and Husson University. Attorney Largay has practiced law for 30 years, 5 for a larger firm and 25 at the litigation boutique of Largay Law Offices P.A., specializing in Injury, Medical, Criminal Defense, Family and Business/Construction/Real Estate Cases. In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Largay is the President of Larco, LLC, a real estate investment and development firm that has owned interests in nearly 50 properties throughout Maine. He spends his spare time traveling the world and attends as many music festivals as possible.
