Mr. Hooker has served on many committees in the Virginia Beach Bar Association to include having served as the President in 1991, the executive committee both prior and after 1991, and is member of the Past Presidents Council. In 2002 he was awarded the Bar Service Award by the Virginia Beach Bar Association representing his service and commitment to the association and the profession.
