Wyoming DUI Penalties As a Wyoming resident, you could face DUI penalties that include: First DUI conviction = up to 6 months in jail; or fine of up to $750; and driver’s license suspension of 90 days. Second DUI conviction (within 5 years) = Mandatory jail sentence of 7 days, up to 6 months; fine of between $200 and $750; and driver’s license suspension for 6 months. Can You Refuse a Breath Test?
