MISSION STATEMENT

My mission is simple... to provide you with the highest quality legal services and representation.  I am committed to your needs and will never fail in communicating with you regularly about your legal issues.  I promise to work professionally and aggressively to achieve the legal results you expect, in a cost efficient and effective manner.  It`s that simple.  Thank you for visiting this web page and I look forward to working with you.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

My legal experience started in 1992 as a law apprentice when I was trained as a lawyer -- advising individuals, researching their issues and preparing documentation on their behalf.  I earned my Juris Doctorate in 1994, and was officially licensed as an attorney by the State of Michigan and the U.S. Federal District Court (Est. Div., Mich) in 1995.

My experience as a lawyer has been extensive and covers a broad range of areas.  I have negotiated claims and achieved excellent settlements for my clients` needs whether in civil, criminal or family/divorce courts.  I have taken dozens of cases to trial when the other side refused to be reasonable.  I have advised and represented well over a thousand individuals since my legal experience began.  I have presented and argued cases in District Courts, Circuit Courts, Family Courts, and Probate Courts throughout Southeast Michigan, and have argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals.

I have represented individuals for various legal needs, whether they have been injured, wronged, abused or taken advantage of.  I have assisted people in understanding contracts and in preparing legal documents for personal needs.  I have defended the young and old alike who have been wrongfully accused of crimes or "over-charged" with crimes beyond the wrong actually committed.

I am proud that I communicate on a regular basis with my clients.  You will find me to be attentive to your needs, to listen, to be respectful and give you complete and thorough advice.  I promise to provide legal services to you at a competitive rate, while maintaining cost effective means to provide you the vigorous representation you are entitled to.

I am proud to be a lawyer and to work for you and your legal needs.  You have a right to competent and dedicated service and I promise to provide that to you.

PERSONAL HISTORY

I was raised in Monroe, Michigan, a small, hardworking community just south of Detroit, which I still call "home".  I grew up with people of different backgrounds, religions and cultures and learned the value of service to my community... a value instilled by my parents, neighbors, teachers and religious leaders.  I learned the value of respecting everyone regardless of their background and I learned the value of hard work.  My work experience started at an early age, and I continued working throughout high school, college and law school.  All of my experiences have formed the framework of dedication, devotion, and services to your legal needs.
